Our cloud-based algorithm aids in transporting goods in a highly efficient and environmentally friendly manner. We empower our customers to advance their green strategies by reducing their CO2 emissions through shorter distances and fewer routes.

Your tasks:

• You support the management team in planning business trips and related administrative tasks.
• You handle invoicing and follow-ups in collaboration with the accounting department at EPG’s headquarters.
• You manage relationships with suppliers and service providers and place orders.
• You assist in creating presentations and evaluations.
• You proofread and edit documentation in English and German.
• You monitor the scheduling and resource planning of our projects and provide timely warnings of bottlenecks.
• You organize and oversee both internal and external events.

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training (e.g., office management assistant or industrial clerk).
• You have professional experience in office management or as a team and/or project assistant.
• You are highly organized and possess excellent communication skills.
• Your structured approach ensures you remain composed even in stressful situations.
• You have a good command of written and spoken English and are proficient in common MS Office programs.
