Greenplan and Group La Poste ex aequo winners of the 2020 PostEurop Innovation Award
Yesterday, PostEurop announced that this year’s Innovation Award goes to Greenplan and its powerful route planning algorithm. Together with “Le Point Multiservices” (La Poste, France) the solutions were chosen among nine smart and innovative contributions. For the first time, a project from Deutsche Post DHL Group received this award. A great achievement for the start-up company from Bonn. Greenplan provides an intelligent solution for sustainable as well as reliable deliveries for a broad range of customers.
Dr. Clemens Beckmann, CEO Greenplan, comments: “We feel honored and grateful winning this year’s PostEurop Innovation Award. This recognition provides us with great motivation to further shape the future of delivery in logistics. Our vision was to develop a route optimization solution that can be easily integrated into existing systems and can reduce delivery costs and CO2 emissions. Greenplan is not just a theoretical construct but a globally applicable solution for a broad range of customers.”
